We cover self-defense topics such as when to get out of the situation and how to do so if it comes to physical violence. We will cover ‘weak’ striking points to quickly disable an opponent if required. This class is great for those going away to college or who just want to learn to defend themselves.
This class will be offered in two-week sessions. You can sign up for a single two-week session, but you are welcome to register for additional sessions to further build your skills.
