In these classes for ages 2 to 18, students will build self-esteem as they learn different fundamentals of gymnastics. Strength, flexibility, confidence, and skill building are the main goals of this program.
Tae Kwon Do is an art form originating over 2,000 years ago and is recognized as one of the oldest forms of Martial Arts. The classes for ages 5 to 18 will teach the students how to defend themselves through jumping kicks, ground kicks and hand strikes. Training with us helps students develop a disciplined character, improve their overall fitness, and improve their confidence and focus.
We offer many programs for young learners (ages 3 1/2-5) including Kids Create a program that is ideal for a child’s first class away from home or as a supplement or substitute to traditional preschool programs.
