At Jackson School of the Arts, our Theatre Department helps students discover the power of storytelling through theatre, acting, and film. Whether performing on stage, in front of a camera, or behind the scenes, students develop creativity, confidence, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with others.
Our education-based program emphasizes skill building over productions. While students have opportunities to showcase what they’ve learned for family and friends, our focus is on helping each student grow as a performer, storyteller, and creative thinker through ongoing instruction and hands-on experiences.
