Our new, Downtown home is located on Cortland St, but our primary entrance is on the “back” of the building on the Washington Ave. side since the primary parking and elevator is located on that side.
Long-time Jackson residents might remember the location as the old Vermeulen Furniture building. We’ve been fortunate to be able to invest in remodeling this classic building to suit our needs and blending modern and classic construction details.
Room 1 faces out into Cortland Rd and features beautiful hardwood floors and plenty of space for large meetings or events.
This area can be easily accessed from a special front “alley” entrance on Cortland or easily from our “main” Washington St. entrance off the parking lot.
It features plenty of space for a a few tables but also has a kitchen area as well.
Possibly the most elegant room in our facilities with sleek modern leather furniture and a doorway out to the patio space. As you can see from the last four images, we have a handful of furnishing that can be configured differently for a variant of use-cases. See our Bridal Shower event for even more photos
The views of Downtown Jackson from this patio are spectacular and there’s plenty of seating and tables to expand your event space. See our Bridal Shower event for more photos
If you need a kitchen area with additional tables and seating, this extra space is an excellent option
We were honored to host a Bridal Shower on our third-floor event space and patio. The patio always has a breath-taking view of Downtown Jackson and a handful of Bright Walls murals to life to an event. Our adjoining event space also has a warm elegance to it that lends a comfy, modern vibe.
Our primary parking options for our students, families, and visitors will be to the east and south side out our building. However, there are also some City lots that should have adequate overflow parking without limitations in the evening. There is also street parking options as well.
