Due Date: 1st of each month. If the 1st falls on a weekend/holiday, cards are processed the next business day.
Avoid Card Fees: There is a 3.5% processing fee when paying with a credit card. Pay with cash/check before the 1st.
AutoPay/Manual Processing: Any unpaid balance on the 1st will be charged to the card on file.
Late Fees: $10 fee added 3 days after scheduled charge date.
Bounced Checks: $35 fee. Non-payment of the total balance and the bounced check fee within 2 business days of notification may result in suspension from classes.

We know that sometimes a class may not be the right fit, and that’s okay! With programs in dance, art, theater, gymnastics, and early childhood, there are so many opportunities to explore. If your student is ready for a change, we’d be happy to help you find another class that better matches their interests and schedule.
We believe the arts should be accessible to every family. Many parents are surprised to learn they qualify for financial support, and assistance can be applied for at any time during the year.
If your family experiences an unexpected change that makes it hard to continue enrollment, please reach out. We’re here to help, and tuition assistance may be available to keep your child connected to the arts.
