Well, not in our version! We’re taking a playful bite out of the classic tale of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer in this 12-week theater adventure made just for young performers. From silly reindeer games to show-stopping scenes, kids will have a blast learning lines, singing songs, and bringing Rudolph’s story to life with their creative twist! The grand finale? A fun-filled performance for friends and family to celebrate their hard work.

Young performers will build confidence, sharpen their storytelling skills, and learn the basics of stage performance as they bring this beloved holiday tale to life, with plenty of heart, humor, and holiday cheer.

Session 1: Auditioning Prep and Haunting Character Development
Open to new and experienced students, this six-week class is designed to help young performers feel confident and prepared for auditions. Students will explore a variety of short monologues in different styles, with a focus on stage presence, character development, and understanding the ins and outs of audition preparation from selecting the right piece to presenting it with confidence. The session will conclude with a showcase performance, during which students can present their monologues to family and friends.
Session Two Dates: Scene Study: Dark Characters & Scene Study
Whether you’re a beginning actor or more advanced, this class is perfect for those ready to dive deeper into the art of character development. Explore the complex worlds of haunting and intense characters through powerful scenes from shows like Heathers, Jekyll & Hyde, and more. Together, we’ll uncover the “how” and “why” behind each character’s choices, digging into motivation, subtext, and emotional depth. The session culminates in a scene showcase for family and friends, where students will perform selected pieces that highlight their growth and skill.

Whether you’re preparing for your first performance or just curious about behind-the-scenes magic, this workshop offers a fun and creative introduction to the essential skills of theater makeup.

Perfect for Halloween enthusiasts, theater lovers, or anyone curious about special effects makeup, this one-hour session will guide you through the techniques to bring your monster to life, even under pressure.
All materials are provided. Just bring your imagination and get ready to get creepy.
