We offer subsidized fees that are based on household income. Thanks to community support and a sliding fee scale to give opportunities to disadvantaged children, 79% of the families served were benefited by financial assistance and were able to add creative education and a fresh extracurricular outlet to their routine.
This past year, we have shown to our community that there is a demand for our creative experiences! We feel very blessed to be able to serve SO many more families this year in our new Downtown home, thanks to the generosity of our community! But with this great reach, comes a continuous responsibility to make our quality arts education affordable — especially for those in lower-income brackets.
We covered $9,500 in scholarships for our youth programs in September alone. But that’s only a single month. Our scholarships continue each month these students are enrolled. This is where we continue to need financial support! Donations of all sizes can make a difference and we have multiple easy ways to contribute.

There’s other ways you or your family can give to our organization that can potentially save on your tax burdens. These include things such as gifts of stocks/securities and bequests and gifts in a will.
Donations of goods, materials and services are also a welcome source of support for the Jackson School of the Arts. From office supplies to art supplies, we can use it. In-kind donations help us keep our expenses down and in turn we can serve more children.
