This class is designed for our younger tumbling students to have the safety and security of their caregivers while navigating all the apparatuses. This is an excellent first step in a child’s development as they work on coordination and strengthening their muscles.

Perfect for young children who are ready to explore gymnastics independently, Preschool Gymnastics introduces the fundamentals of movement through age-appropriate activities that build balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, and confidence. Students begin exploring vault, bars, beam, and floor while developing listening skills, body awareness, and a love of movement in a fun, encouraging environment.

Level I is designed for beginner gymnasts who are ready to build a strong foundation. Students learn fundamental skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor, including rolls, handstands, cartwheels, balance skills, basic swings, and introductory vault techniques. Throughout the class, gymnasts develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and proper technique that prepares them for continued progression.

Designed specifically for beginners ages 9 and older, as well as students continuing in Level I who would feel more comfortable learning alongside peers their own age. Students build foundational gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor while developing strength, flexibility, coordination, confidence, and proper technique.

Level II builds on the skills introduced in Level I by increasing strength, control, and confidence across all four events. Students begin connecting skills together while learning walkovers, round-offs, hip circles, beam jumps, handstand progressions, and more advanced vault drills. Emphasis is placed on refining technique and developing consistency as gymnasts continue to grow.

Level III is for gymnasts who have mastered foundational skills and are ready for more challenging progressions. Students refine intermediate skills, connect movements into routines, and continue advancing their technique on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Classes focus on strength, precision, confidence, and preparing athletes to perform skills with greater control and consistency.
